In more complicated times like this one, we ask for your attention and help for everyone's safety:
1. ALWAYS WEAR A FACE MASK
Wear a mask before opening the door to receive the therapist, until the end of session. Everyone who remain indoors has to wear a mask as protection measure against social distance. Unfortunately, the therapist does not provide an extra mask to the client, then be sure that you have one before the session.
In some cases, the therapist may advise you to remove the mask during outdoor exercises, yoga session or when lying on a treatment table, facing down.
2 - HAVE A SHOWER OR WASH YOUR HANDS
Clients and therapists MUST disinfect their hands when entering and leaving the places where the session takes place. Wash hands thoroughly before treatments. Showering before a massage or exercise session is a great way to warm up your muscles, and is also safety way to protect yourself.
3 - PREPARE THE PLACE, BE AWARE AIR FLOWING IN THE ROOM
Cleaning and disinfection of the place where you want to receive the treatment is extremely important. If your treatment requires a table, clean 2x2m of floor space in advance to help your therapist avoid contact with your home surfaces. If needed, open a window to allow fresh air to flow through the room before and during the session. The couch and other equipment used must be subjected to disinfection and cleaning by the therapist between clients.
HELP THE THERAPIST AVOID CONTACT WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS
Make sure that you are the only adult in the room for your treatment, and you have to open the door before the the therapist leaves the place, to limit interactions with other family members.
DO NOT MAKE BOOKINGS IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOME IS IN PROPHYLATIC ISOLATION
Cancel or postpone your booking if someone at home has COVID 19 symptoms, which means avoiding treatments for at least 7 days from the first day of symptoms if you live alone. Or more than 14 days if you share the place. Inform the situation to SOKURA and you will be refunded or the booking rescheduled.
